A fast‑paced production site is looking for a detail‑focused ERP Operator to support decant and packing operations. You’ll ensure accurate data entry, correct labelling, smooth workflow, and strong communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter job data accurately into the ERP system (Prophet or similar).

  • Ensure correct labelling, waste capture, and product specifications.

  • Follow production plans and provide clear shift handovers.

  • Complete paperwork accurately and report issues promptly.

  • Maintain high hygiene, housekeeping, and Health & Safety standards.

  • Support supervisors and communicate effectively with the wider team.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong computer and admin skills.

  • Good communication and attention to detail.

  • Flexible, reliable, and able to prioritise.

  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.
