A well-established and growing law firm in Orpington is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant / Secretary to join its busy Estate Administration team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant / Secretary to join a supportive and highly regarded firm, assisting with probate and estate administration matters while working closely with experienced fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting fee earners with estate administration and probate matters
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties
  • Drafting legal documents and routine correspondence
  • Organising client meetings and managing diaries
  • Opening, maintaining, and closing files
  • Updating the case management system
  • Assisting with compliance and administrative processes
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant / Secretary
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
