Estates Surveyor

A Northwest Public Sector organisation is looking to appoint an Estates Surveyor on a 6-month interim contract.

The role will focus on managing a varied commercial property portfolio, with duties including:

• Handling landlord and tenant matters such as lease events, rent reviews, arrears and lettings
• Supporting the ongoing management of the estate
• Progressing property disposals

Candidate requirements:

• MRICS is required
• Registered Valuer status is not essential
• Strong estates management background is needed; experience within a Public Sector environment would be beneficial but isn’t a must.

Working pattern:

• Predominantly remote, with attendance in the office around once or twice per week
• The client is open to both full-time and part-time applicants depending on experience.
