Are you a hands-on Estates or Facilities professional, holding an enhanced DBS who thrives in a leadership role where no two days are the same and looking for a short term contract where you can utilise your skillset and contribute to cover a busy site?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a busy, multi-site education estate where safety, compliance, and operational excellence are critical to enabling outstanding learning environments for students and staff.
We are seeking an experienced Estates Team Leader to lead a high-performing estates function across a dynamic educational setting. You will combine practical, on-the-ground site leadership with the ability to manage systems, people, contractors, and compliance at a strategic level.
This is a role for someone who leads from the front, is comfortable getting stuck into the physical delivery of estates work when needed, and can also step into an operational management capacity to support senior leadership.
The Role
*Supervising the Estates Team
*Working a rotating shift pattern
*37 Hour working week
*Organise workloads, shift patterns, and resource allocation to ensure operational resilience
*Act as a visible, hands-on leader-supporting site work and stepping in during absences or peak periods
*Health, Safety & Compliance
*Enhanced DBS
