Commercial Refurbshment and Fit-out

This is a unique position working for an Asset Management Business. It's a non-profit business essentially. What's great about this is it's not a corporate environment where you're being dragged across the coals because you're not winning or making money.

With a vast portfolio of commercial and industrial real estate spanning over 15 million sq ft and with an additional 4.5 million sq ft in the pipeline,

• · An ability to understand and comply with Company Procedures
  · Understanding and interpretation of Client briefs.
  · Produce detailed cost plans aligning with briefs and associated documentation.
  · Be able to work on and cost multiple projects at any given time.
  · Use technical knowledge to price projects e􀆯ectively with varying levels of information.
  · Understand and make allowances for compliance.
  · Work closely with suppliers/subcontractors to achieve best price.
  · Carry out surveys to assist with design and quantifying.
  · Determine how progress will impact cost.
  · Influence project decision making with pre-construction advice.
  · Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the manager.
  · Understanding associated risk areas and making allowances accordingly.
