Estimator – Decorating & Passive Fire

💰 £50,000 – £70,000 + Package - Progression 

A well-established and growing construction contractor specialising in decorating and passive fire protection is looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their London team.

This is a key role within the business, working closely with directors and operations to price and secure a strong pipeline of projects across London.

🔧 The Role:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for decorating & passive fire projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
• Supporting the commercial and pre-construction teams
• Attending site visits where required
• Assisting in value engineering and cost planning

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within construction
• Ideally experience in decorating, painting, or passive fire protection
• Strong understanding of pricing and tender processes
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tenders at once
