Are you an Estimator looking for a new challenge with a growing Principal Contractor?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering projects across Social Housing, Education, Refurbishment, M&E and Fire Protection sectors throughout London and the South East.

Whether you’re an established Estimator or looking to step up into a more senior role, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

• Preparing competitive tenders and cost estimates
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
• Obtaining and analysing subcontractor quotations
• Liaising with suppliers, clients and operational teams
• Identifying value engineering opportunities
• Supporting the successful delivery of tender submissions

Experience Required

• Previous estimating experience within the construction sector
• Principal Contractor experience would be advantageous
• Experience within Social Housing, Education, M&E, Fire Doors, Passive Fire Protection or Refurbishment works would be beneficial
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
