I am working with a leading main contractor specialising in some of the UK’s most prestigious and technically challenging construction and fit-out projects across the super-prime residential, luxury hotel, hospitality and commercial sectors.
With an expanding portfolio including landmark hospitality and luxury residential developments, they are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their pre-construction & commercial team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the tendering and pre-construction process across high-value fit-out and refurbishment schemes within the luxury residential, hotel and hospitality sectors.
You will be responsible for preparing accurate and commercially competitive estimates, managing tender enquiries, engaging with the supply chain and working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams to secure and successfully hand over projects.
Role requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the fit-out or construction sector
- Strong background delivering high-end residential, hotel and hospitality projects
- Experience pricing luxury interiors, refurbishment and complex fit-out packages
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
