Estimator – Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £60,000

We are currently working in partnership with a well-established fit-out contractor based in Manchester who is looking to appoint an Estimator to join their growing team.

The Role

You will be working within a small, collaborative team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in pricing and delivering a diverse range of fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Recent Projects

• Build-to-rent fit-out scheme in Salford
• Office fit-out in Manchester
• Student accommodation refurbishment in Glasgow
• Golf clubhouse refurbishment in Manchester

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting competitive tenders and cost estimates
• Analysing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing
• Supporting the commercial team throughout the pre-construction phase

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Estimator within fit-out or refurbishment
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
