Opportunity for an Estimator to join a fast growing main contractor in the South East area. Founded over 10 years ago, they have grown from a start up contractor to a £100m+ business with hundred of employees and projects all across the UK.
The company specialise in construction & fit out / refurb across various sectors on projects up to £30m+.

Estimator Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare all financial elements and components of the tendering process from identification and authorisation to financial handover.
- Aid and assist the Senior Estimator to develop the information into a competitive cost estimate.
- Prepare all necessary financial documents for the Chief Estimator and Director reviews.
- Assist the bidding team with any post tender negotiations as required.
- To prepare cost plans and undertake cost planning exercises that need to be produced.
Estimator requirements
- Construction related degree / qualifications
- 4+ years experience in Estimating
- Experience working for a main contractor
- Worked across various sectors within the built environment
- Experience using various Estimating software
