European Road Freight Coordinator / Supervisor - Export

What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the operations team, you will support and coordinate the day-to-day running of European import/export movements:
- Coordinate European road freight shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
- Support import/export operations and ensure compliance with customs procedures
- Assist with costing, quotations, and invoicing
- Liaise with drivers, subcontractors, and European partners
- Monitor deliveries, transport costs, and service performance
- Plan routes and manage daily transport schedules
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Support operational reporting and KPI tracking
- Assist with team coordination, workload distribution, and daily supervision (for Supervisor level)
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company procedures and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- Proven experience in European road freight / transport operations
- Good understanding of import/export processes and customs requirements
- Experience in a coordinator or supervisory role (or ready to step up)
- Familiarity with transport planning and logistics systems
Skills:
- Strong organisational and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate (Microsoft Office; transport systems experience advantageous)
