As an Event / Badge Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring exhibitors and event attendees receive their accreditation badges efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for generating, printing, and distributing badges while providing excellent customer service to visitors from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Printing and issuing exhibitor and visitor badges
- Assisting with event registration and accreditation processes
- Using computer systems to generate and manage badge requests
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Answering queries and directing visitors where required
- Ensuring badge information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting the wider event operations team
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and confidence using systems and software
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Able to remain calm and organised in a busy event environment
- Previous administration, reception, customer service, events, or registration experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
Essential Requirement:
Applicants MUST be available from the beginning of July through to the end of July 2026, as this role supports the full event accreditation process.
