As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to senior leaders and their teams across multiple business units. This is a busy and varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism.
You'll be responsible for intensive diary management, coordinating meetings and workshops, arranging complex international travel, supporting projects, and acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility between office and home working.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic diary and calendar management for senior stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Organising complex international travel and logistics
- Liaising directly with clients regarding meetings and office visits
- Supporting projects with presentations, reports, and correspondence
- Processing expenses and assisting with ad hoc business requests
- Managing onboarding and induction support for new starters
- Working closely with departments including Accounts, Purchasing, Logistics, Reception, and Business Support
- Supporting client visits, including arranging site tours and assisting on the day
- Processing statements of work and coordinating contract sign-offs
- Collaborating with fellow EAs to ensure seamless support and holiday cover
They are looking for an experienced and adaptable EA who enjoys working proactively and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
You will have:
- Significant experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong Microsoft Office and video conferencing skills (Teams, Zoom etc.)
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to support wherever needed
- Salary up to £37,000 depending on experience
