Exciting Opportunity: Part Time Executive Assistant to the CEO
Hours/days required: Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 1pm 
Working remote with half a day in the office

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating priorities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact, filtering communications, and handling enquiries
  • Assisting in organisation of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Supporting the CEO with administrative tasks, ensuring time is allocated effectively
  • Keeping the CEO focused by managing priorities and gatekeeping responsibilities
  • Checking emails outside core hours to ensure smooth operations
The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Tech-savviness and comfort with remote working tools
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and proactive approach
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work independently
Desirable skills include:

  • Experience working within a tech environment or for a non-profit organisation
  • Additional language skills or experience working across multiple time zones
  • The confidence to work closely with busy executives.
  • A background supporting C-suite leaders in a remote or global setting would be highly beneficial.
