Are you an experienced Executive Assistant?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join a large and established manufacturing business in the East Midlands. Supporting senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of executive functions, managing complex schedules, coordinating key business activities, and acting as a trusted point of contact. If you are highly organised, proactive, and have previous Executive Assistant experience, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing organisation.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior support role

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience managing complex diaries and coordinating executive schedules

• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

 

Desirable:

• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment

• Experience coordinating meetings, events, and business travel arrangements

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams.

• Manage complex diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient use of executive time.

• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting documentation to a high standard.

• Act as a key point of contact between senior leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and company events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes where required.

• Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Support key business projects and initiatives through effective administration and coordination.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by anticipating needs, resolving issues, and providing proactive support.

As Executive Assistant, you will also be expected to:

• Possess excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
