We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant on behalf of a well established business based in Farnham.
As Executive Assistant you will support the Managing Director in day to day operational tasks.

This is a strategic support position requiring initiative, commercial awareness, discretion and operational discipline.

The Managing Director also leads across sales and has a close interest in operational functions, overseeing revenue growth, client relationships, project performance and organisational execution. The successful candidate will provide structured, high-level support across these areas, ensuring priorities are clearly tracked and executed.

Please note- This is an office based role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted extension of the Managing Director
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, board-level briefings and commercial documentation
  • Support sales pipeline tracking, tender submissions and client engagement preparation
  • Assist in monitoring operational priorities, programme milestones and project performance
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks and competing priorities, implementing solutions proactively
  • Produce accurate and structured meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-up trackers
  • Maintain disciplined documentation systems across business-critical matters
  • Full inbox management and prioritisation
  • Strategic diary oversight aligned to commercial priorities
  • Act as primary gatekeeper, protecting the Managing Director's time and focus
  • Draft and manage professional correspondence
  • Track actions arising from sales meetings and client engagements
  • Maintain visibility across key actions to ensure disciplined execution
  • Manage select personal arrangements where required
  • Handle sensitive business and personal matters with absolute discretion

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or within a Family Office environment
  • Experience supporting founders or senior executives in demanding, high-performance settings
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong numerical confidence
  • Exceptional note-taking ability and structured follow-up discipline
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • The ability to operate autonomously with sound judgement
  • Composure and resilience under pressure
  • High attention to detail combined with strategic awareness
  • Cultural fit is critical. This is a high-trust, high-expectation, high-visibility role.

Benefits

  • Salary- £45,000- £50,000
  • Profit related bonus
  • Monday- Friday 07.30am- 16.30pm (Can be flexible)
