Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable team of basement underpinners. The successful candidates will be responsible for stabilising and underpinning basement structures, ensuring safety and compliance with building standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, technical proficiency, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team on various construction sites.

Duties

• Assist in the excavation and preparation of sites for basement construction.
• Installation of Drainage and package pump systems.
• Reinforcement fixing and concreting works/finishing
• Formwork and shuttering - traditional timber and aluminium formwork systems
• Installation of Delta Membranes and similar waterproofing systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in groundwork or basement construction is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
• Full clean driving licence
