We are currently recruiting for an experienced Factory Operative to join the team at one of our clients based in Snodland. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering consistent hours and competitive rates of pay.
Pay Rate
£17.00 - £18.00 per hour
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:10pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Duties Will Include
- Operating within a busy factory/manufacturing environment
- Assembly and production work
- Using hand and power tools
- Following technical drawings and specifications
- Quality checking finished products
- Maintaining health & safety standards on site
- General factory and warehouse duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or factory environment
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using tools and manufacturing equipment preferred
- Strong understanding of workplace health & safety
