Exterior House Painter

We are currently looking for an experienced Exterior House Painter / Multiskilled Handyman to start ASAP on a residential project in Sevenoaks.

This is a short-term role with the potential to extend, ideal for a reliable tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality external finishes.

Job Details:

• Location: Sevenoaks
• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 2 weeks (potential for extension)
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Pay Type: CIS
• Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience

Scope of Work:

• Exterior painting of a residential property
• Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming
• Applying external paints and finishes to a high standard
• General handyman tasks as required on-site
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience in exterior painting and decorating
• Multiskilled handyman background preferred
• Own tools and PPE
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
