The Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning from the very beginning of a child's school experience
    * Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported
    * Foster children's social, emotional and academic development through high-quality Early Years provision
    * Assess, monitor and celebrate pupil progress, adapting learning to meet individual needs
    * Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues to support successful outcomes
    * Work collaboratively with the wider Early Years team to deliver an outstanding educational experience
    * Contribute to the wider life of the school and help promote a positive and inclusive culture

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    * Has experience teaching within an Early Years setting or demonstrates a strong understanding of EYFS principles and practice
    * Brings energy, creativity and enthusiasm to the classroom every day
    * Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    * Demonstrates a commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and learning
    * Creates a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for all pupils
    * Is keen to contribute to the ongoing success and development of the school
