Eyfs Teacher

Are you a passionate Early Years teacher who thrives on creating a nurturing and inspiring start to a child’s education? We’re currently working with welcoming primary schools in Smethwick who are looking for a dedicated EYFS Teacher to support their youngest learners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the importance of early development and can create a safe, stimulating environment where children can learn through play and exploration.

About the role:
You’ll be working within an EYFS setting, delivering creative and engaging activities that support children’s social, emotional, and academic development. A strong understanding of the Early Years Framework and a nurturing approach are key.

Key responsibilities:
– Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities
– Support children’s development across all EYFS areas
– Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
– Monitor and assess progress in line with EYFS standards
– Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What we’re looking for:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
– Experience teaching within UK primary/EYFS settings – essential
– Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
– A nurturing, patient, and creative approach
– Excellent communication and classroom management skills
