EYFS Teacher – BWMAT Schools, BANES | September 2026
£150 to £300 per day based on role and pay scale. 

Connex Education is working in partnership with schools across the Bath and Wells Multi Academy Trust (BWMAT) to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teachers for opportunities starting in September 2026.

Whether you are seeking the flexibility of day-to-day supply work or looking for a longer-term teaching position, we have a variety of opportunities available across BWMAT schools but are specifically looking for those in and around Bath and North East Somerset (BANES).

The Role
We are recruiting EYFS Teachers for:

  • Flexible day-to-day supply assignments
  • Part-time and full-time long-term placements
  • Full class responsibility roles, including planning, preparation, assessment, and parent engagement
  • Opportunities across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools

These positions provide the opportunity to shape early learning phases while gaining valuable experience across a respected multi-academy trust.

What We're Looking For

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Experience teaching within EYFS
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Framework
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A flexible and professional approach to teaching
