Key Responsibilities
As an EYFS teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Early Years learning experiences.

- Support pupils with moderate to complex learning needs to achieve their individual targets.
- Foster communication, independence and social development alongside academic learning.
- Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress.

- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Early Years provision.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful EYFS teacher will possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Recent UK classroom teaching experience within the Early Years phase.
- A strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Experience supporting pupils with moderate to complex learning needs.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A nurturing and adaptable approach to teaching.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for every learner.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
