Key Responsibilities
As an EYFS teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Early Years learning experiences.

• Support pupils with moderate to complex learning needs to achieve their individual targets.
• Foster communication, independence and social development alongside academic learning.
• Monitor, assess and celebrate pupil progress.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Early Years provision.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful EYFS teacher will possess:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Recent UK classroom teaching experience within the Early Years phase.
• A strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Experience supporting pupils with moderate to complex learning needs.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A nurturing and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes for every learner.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
