Early Years Lead Teacher - Canning Town - September Start - Full Time - Pay to Scale

Remedy Education are working with a lovely Ofsted Outstanding primary school based in Canning Town who are looking for an experienced Early Years Lead Teacher to join them from September.

This is a full-time role within a supportive, welcoming and well-resourced school. The school offers a lovely working environment, strong leadership, large halls, a spacious playground and excellent transport links.

The school are looking for a confident and passionate Early Years Teacher who can lead by example, support high standards across the EYFS provision, and help children thrive during the early stages of their education.

The Role:

• Leading teaching and learning within Early Years
• Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons
• Supporting children's communication, confidence and independence
• Creating a calm, nurturing and positive learning environment
• Working closely with support staff and the wider school team
• Using observations and assessment to support children's next steps
• Supporting high standards across the Early Years provision

The Ideal Teacher Will:

• Hold QTS
• Have strong Early Years teaching experience
• Understand the EYFS curriculum
• Be confident leading by example
• Be warm, organised and professional
• Have strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Be passionate about early childhood development
