EYFS Teacher

We are seeking a passionate, creative and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a warm, inclusive primary school in the heart of Hammersmith & Fulham. The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Reception class within a supportive Early Years team focused on play‑based learning, holistic development, and high‑quality early education.

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Experience within the Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception or Nursery)
✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child‑centred learning
✅ Ability to create a stimulating, safe and nurturing classroom environment
✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, parents and external agencies
✅ A reflective practitioner who is eager to contribute ideas, develop professionally and be part of a collaborative team

• Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons and continuous provision
• Tracking pupils' progress using formative assessment and observations
• Creating an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and confident
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
• Working closely with teaching assistants and EYFS colleagues
• Ensuring safeguarding, wellbeing and pastoral care are prioritised at all times
