A welcoming and supportive school in Beaconsfield is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging start to children’s education.

About the Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS curriculum
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, language, and physical development
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, maintaining accurate observations and records
  • Differentiate activities to meet the needs of all learners
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and staff
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Early Years team to support children’s development and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Experience teaching within an EYFS setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to Work in the UK – essential

Desirable

  • Experience supporting children with additional needs or speech and language delays
  • Phonics knowledge and early literacy experience
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification
