Fabricator Welder

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:

We are looking for Fabricator Welders for permanent positions based with our client in Rotherham.

Immediate start available (subject to interview process)

Rates of pay are £19.13 - £22.60 per hour (depending on experience)

Shifts Available:

• Mornings - Monday- Thursday- 6am - 2 pm
• Afternoon - Monday to Thursday - 2pm - 10pm
• Nights - Monday to Friday - 10pm - 6am
• Weekends - Friday to Sunday - 3 x 12 hours - 6am - 6pm

About The Role:

• Perform welding activities on carbon steel, armour steel, aluminium
• Weld various joint configurations in all positions
• Ensure equipment parameters are set to the optimum to fully satisfy weld quality, integrity, and WPS requirements
• Review engineering drawings for parts to be welded
• Working to tolerances on fabrication drawings.
• Satisfy production schedules to the correct quality level and within the specified time scale
• Carry out and record the daily / weekly / monthly maintenance checks and record the necessary safety checks
• Ensure correct marking up of component parts

NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Fabrication and Welding would be expected.
