The company is based in Warwick , offering easy access from surrounding towns and cities such as Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Northampton, and Worcester.
Working Hours of the Facilities Administrator :
- Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm /Friday 8am to 1pm.
- 37 hours Working Week.
In return, the successful Facilities Administrator will receive :
- Salary £27k - £30k per annum.
- Overtime paid at 1/3 Midweek/ ½ Saturday /Double Sunday.
- Yearly Pay Reviews.
- Permanent opportunity from Day 1.
- Ongoing development and training.
Ideally, the successful Facilities Administrator will have :
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Understanding of building systems/maintenance processes.
- Knowledge of Audit processes.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Competent with facilities management systems.
