At Blue Arrow, we're hiring Morning Cleaners to support a key client in Southampton (Portswood). Whether you're looking for steady summer work or something longer-term, this is a great opportunity to get started quickly and make a real difference.

• Morning shifts: 08:00 - 15:00
• Regular, ongoing work available
• Immediate starts for the right candidates

No two days are exactly the same, but your core duties will include:

• Keeping floors and shared spaces clean and presentable (mopping, sweeping, vacuuming)
• Cleaning rooms and surfaces with attention to detail
• Maintaining washrooms to a high standard
• Restocking supplies and emptying bins
• Helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone on site

You don't need years of experience-just the right attitude:

• Able to work independently and take pride in your work
• Good communication skills and reliability
• A positive, can-do approach
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not essential
