  • Carrying out general site maintenance, including minor repairs and basic plumbing

  • Completing industrial and factory cleaning in line with site procedures
  • Conducting routine site, safety, and housekeeping checks
  • Supporting health and safety standards across the site
  • Assisting and supervising external contractors when required
As a Caretaker / Facilities Technician, your experience will include:
  • Previous experience in a caretaker, facilities, maintenance, or industrial cleaning role
  • Confidence working within a factory or industrial environment
