We are currently looking for a Factory Worker to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Witham.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent role following a successful temporary period.

Working for one of Witham's largest employers, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within different areas of production and manufacturing.

Factory Worker duties will include:

• Working with small components
• Small part assembly work
• Packing and quality checking products
• Assisting with day-to-day production duties
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Supporting the wider team to ensure production targets are met

Working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: Early finish

Pay and Benefits:

The ideal Factory Worker:

• A great attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and keen to learn
• Previous Manufacturing and Production experience is beneficial, but not essential
• Good attention to detail due to working with small components
• Able to work well as part of a team and independently
