Pertemps is recruiting an experienced Family Help Social Worker to join supportive and forward‑thinking Family Help Service in West London. This is a great opportunity to work with children and families at an early stage, helping to prevent escalation and promote positive, sustainable change.
You will:
- Hold a manageable caseload supporting children and families through early help and targeted interventions
- Build strong, trusting relationships to improve safety, stability and family functioning
- Complete high‑quality assessments, plans and direct work
- Work collaboratively with schools, health partners and community services
- Experience working within early help, family support or statutory children’s services
- Social Work England registration
- Strong assessment and relationship‑building skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
