Timings: 1pm-2pm visits, 7days a week 

Tezlom is currently recruiting compassionate and reliable female Home Care Assistants to support a client based in Hanwell, London (W7). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s daily life while working within a supportive and professional care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing care and support with daily living activities
• Assisting with mobility and ensuring client safety
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with light household tasks where required
• Maintaining accurate records of care provided

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not essential
• A caring, patient, and respectful approach
• Good communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check

Working Hours:

• Current requirement: 1pm-2pm visits, 7days a week  (may increase based on needs)
