Field Sales Representative – Hospitality & Foodservice

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Growing sales across an existing portfolio of hospitality and foodservice customers 
  • Building new business through proactive prospecting and relationship development 
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, delivering expert recommendations on cleaning and sanitation solutions 
  • Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment (full training provided) 
  • Delivering hands-on training to customers to ensure safe and effective product use 
  • Strengthening long-term partnerships through exceptional service and support 

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of field/outside sales experience
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong relationship-building skills 
  • Comfortable with a mix of sales and hands-on technical tasks 
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean record 
  • Flexibility to support customers outside standard hours when required 

Bonus Points If You Have

  • B2B sales experience 
  • Experience in hospitality, foodservice, or facilities services 
  • Basic mechanical or problem-solving skills (e.g. plumbing, electrical, equipment maintenance)
