Field Service Engineer – Power Systems
Location: Midlands
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + Overtime

The Role:

• Carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding, and installation work on critical power equipment at customer sites
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues
• Working on standby power systems, control equipment, and associated infrastructure
• Completing inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
• Providing technical support and maintaining accurate service records

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on power generation or related electrical equipment
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills with a good mechanical understanding
• Experience working with control systems and associated electrical panels
• Knowledge of load testing and commissioning procedures
• Familiarity with modern control and monitoring systems
• Relevant electrical qualifications preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Valid site safety card advantageous
