- Based within 1 hour of Nottingham
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (primarily South), as well as Ireland and parts of Europe
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of advanced industrial equipment and associated systems
- Delivering high-quality customer training on equipment operation and maintenance
- Carrying out rigorous fault finding using first-principles approaches to achieve first-time fixes
- Actively contributing to knowledge sharing across the engineering team to improve overall service capability
- Supporting customers with spare parts identification and explaining technical requirements where needed
- Promoting and recommending service agreements, clearly communicating their value to customers
- Reporting customer feedback and service outcomes back to internal teams
- Working to key performance metrics such as service quality and customer satisfaction
- Supporting wider regional operations with installations and breakdowns when required
Experience / Skills / Qualifications
- HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, with strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems using first principles
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Minimum of 3 years' experience installing and servicing industrial equipment
- Electrically biased (approx. 60%) with solid mechanical understanding (40%)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Full, clean driving licence
