Field Service Technician

Elevation Recruitment Groups, Engineering Services Division are supporting our client to recruit a team of Field Service Technicians within their Medical Technical Service team due to expansion!

The Field Service Technician will be responsible for carrying out installations, servicing, and repairs on a variety of medical equipment over 2 hospital sites in the Gloucester area, and include the below activties:

• Efficiently carry out servicing and repairs on a range of medical products
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with your colleagues within the team
• Exceed expectations by ensuring you always give a great customer experience
• Ensure all company procedures are followed, including infection control, health & safety etc.
• Manage stock levels on your company van and ensure all stock procedures are followed.
• Be part of the on-call rota.

Skills and experience required for the Field Service Technician include:

• Medical equipment experience would be an advantage, but training can be given
• Field Service or similar experience
• Good manual handling skills
• Understanding of Infection Control
• Inventory Control
• Environmental Awareness
• Service Administration, e.g., timesheets, overtime sheets and Job sheets
