Finance Accountant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Accountant to support core finance operations, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting. This role offers strong exposure across financial reporting and process improvement within a collaborative finance team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare journals (accruals, prepayments, adjustments)
• Assist with management accounts and financial reporting
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain fixed asset register and related schedules
• Conduct variance analysis and support business reporting
• Assist with audits and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal controls

🔹 Requirements

• 5+ years’ accounting experience
• Strong experience in month-end close and reconciliations
• Background in SME or small finance teams preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
