About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our team in Taunton. This role is ideal for someone with accounts payable / purchase ledger experience who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and growing finance team.

What you’ll do

  • Manage purchase ledger / accounts payable, including processing and reconciling invoices
  • Investigate and resolve invoice queries and chase approvals
  • Support costing and financial reporting activities
  • Use Excel and SAP to produce accurate financial reports
  • Assist with weekly reporting and general finance operations

About you

  • Previous experience in a Finance Assistant / Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using Excel
  • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
