The role
Working closely with site and commercial stakeholders, you’ll support decision-making through robust analysis and insight, including:
- Financial business partnering across operations and commercial teams
- Reporting, budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis
- Stock/inventory focus and identifying shopfloor efficiencies
- Managing risks & opportunities through strong controlling
- Working with an ERP environment (SAP exposure highly beneficial)
- Proven controlling/operational finance experience (non-statutory focus)
- 5+ years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong exposure to inventory/stock and operational performance
- Confident communicator able to influence non-finance stakeholders
- SAP working knowledge preferred
- Qualified / part-qualified / QBE
- Salary: up to £60,000
- Bonus: 6%
- Hours: 38 per week (earlier finish on Fridays)
- Location: On-site, 5 days (occasional homeworking by exception)
- Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays, rising with service + buy/sell option
- Pension: 5% employer contribution after probation
