Cherry Professional is working with a well-established manufacturing business in the Loughborough area to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a highly commercial, operational-facing role focusing on controlling, performance, and driving efficiencies (rather than statutory reporting).
The role
Working closely with site and commercial stakeholders, you’ll support decision-making through robust analysis and insight, including:
  • Financial business partnering across operations and commercial teams
  • Reporting, budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis
  • Stock/inventory focus and identifying shopfloor efficiencies
  • Managing risks & opportunities through strong controlling
  • Working with an ERP environment (SAP exposure highly beneficial)
What we’re looking for
  • Proven controlling/operational finance experience (non-statutory focus)
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong exposure to inventory/stock and operational performance
  • Confident communicator able to influence non-finance stakeholders
  • SAP working knowledge preferred
  • Qualified / part-qualified / QBE
Package
  • Salary: up to £60,000 
  • Bonus: 6%
  • Hours: 38 per week (earlier finish on Fridays)
  • Location: On-site, 5 days (occasional homeworking by exception)
  • Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays, rising with service + buy/sell option
  • Pension: 5% employer contribution after probation
  • Healthcare & wellbeing benefits after probation + additional perks/events
