You'll work closely with operational and commercial leaders, helping them understand the financial implications of their decisions, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability, and ensuring finance plays a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Partner with senior leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making

✅ Challenge assumptions, influence investment decisions and provide robust commercial insight

✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes

✅ Build business cases, scenario models and investment appraisals to support growth initiatives

✅ Analyse profitability, margins, costs and performance trends to identify opportunities and risks

✅ Translate financial data into meaningful insights that drive action

✅ Work cross-functionally with operations, commercial, technology and leadership teams

✅ Support pricing, resource allocation and strategic investment decisions

✅ Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and performance management processes

✅ Act as a trusted advisor, providing constructive challenge and helping shape business strategy

What We're Looking For

✔ Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

✔ Strong Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A experience

✔ Confident communicator who can influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels

✔ Commercially minded with the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture

✔ Proven experience building relationships across multiple functions

✔ Strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight

✔ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing and high-growth environment

✔ Ambitious, proactive and eager to develop your career within a growing business
