Finance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a growing and well-established services organisation in Chestefield as they seek to appoint a commercially focused Finance Manager to join the team. 

This is a broad and visible role that combines strong financial controls with genuine commercial finance business partnering. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, driving performance, and improving financial insight across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, responsibilities will include:

• Leading monthly management accounts and financial reporting processes
• Delivering insightful MI, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
• Supporting strategic planning and commercial decision-making
• Acting as a trusted finance business partner to operational and commercial teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency and performance
• Managing and developing finance processes, controls and reporting frameworks
• Supporting regulatory and audit requirements within a financial services environment
• Contributing to change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

The organisation is ideally looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong blend of technical finance capability and commercial acumen.

You will ideally bring:

• Strong management accounting and business partnering experience
• The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Commercial awareness with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting operational and strategic business performance
