Are you a commercially minded Finance Professional looking to make a real impact in a global technology leader?

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing Electrical Products division. This is a high-visibility role where you will act as a trusted business partner to the Technical Sales leadership team, helping to shape strategy through financial insight and driving business performance. This role reports directly to the Finance Director.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making:
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with Technical Sales teams to provide commercial insights that inform and influence key decisions
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance across the division
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Find opportunities to optimise systems, improve performance, and drive continuous improvement
What you'll bring

We're looking for a confident and analytical finance professional who can operate both strategically and operationally:
  • A strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related subject area
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, controls, and compliance
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions
  • Experience working with ERP systems
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience with SAP or similar financial systems
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools
  • Experience in a commercial finance role within a large or matrix organisation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
