We are currently looking for an experienced Fire Marshal / Fire Watcher for a 4-week project in King’s Cross, London.
The role will involve overseeing hot works on a live construction site and ensuring all fire safety procedures are followed throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Fire Marshal qualification accredited by a recognised body (e.g. Institute of Fire Engineers)
- Fire Marshal training must include practical use of fire extinguishers
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- Good understanding of hot works permits and fire safety procedures
- Monitoring hot works on site
- Carrying out fire watch duties
- Ensuring fire safety compliance at all times
- Responding quickly to any fire risks or hazards
- Maintaining clear communication with site management
