An established and highly respected independent Fire & Security installer is looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join their growing team covering Hertfordshire, Essex and North London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and a proven background delivering fire alarm and electronic security projects to a high standard.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple Fire & Security projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and fully compliant with the latest industry regulations and standards.

Projects will include:

• Fire Alarm Systems
• Access Control
• CCTV
• Intruder Alarms
• Integrated Security Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Full project management of Fire & Security installations
• Managing engineers, subcontractors and client relationships
• Commercial responsibility including project costs, margins and variations
• Ensuring compliance with the latest fire alarm regulations and standards
• Attending client meetings and site visits
• Managing project programmes and delivery schedules
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fire & Security Project Manager
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent knowledge of current Fire Alarm regulations and standards
• Experience managing projects within commercial environments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence
