- Working hours – 37.5 hours per week, 8:00am to 16:15pm, Monday to Friday
- Office based Monday to Thursday
- Remote working on Fridays.
- Office Location –Dunton, Essex
Position Summary
Working as part of the HRSC you will be responsible for providing high quality support to the Ford of Britain’s HR Department.
The role is in a busy department and requires someone with a solid administration background, organised with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• SSP letters & admin (All Sites)
• EDMS filing of SSP paperwork
• Privilege eligibility file
• Salaried mailbox queries
• Insurance Requests
• Work experience admin
• Visa admin as and when required
• Covering for other members of the team when required
• Cost centre list updates
• Ad-hoc duties as and when required to support the HRSC team.
Technical Skills
Proficient in use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Essential / Desirable Skills
• 6 months experience within a busy office environment is essential
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to prioritise workload with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform well under pressure and potentially stressful situations
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
• Proactive and ability to use own initiative
• Well-motivated and key team player
