FLT driver

Location: Stamford
Shift: Night Shift - Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:00am
Pay Rate: £17.23 per hour
Duration: Temporary role - a few weeks
Start: Immediate / ASAP

We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Driver with valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences to support night‑shift operations at a site based in Stamford. This is a short‑term assignment for a few weeks, working Monday to Friday nights.

Due to the site location, candidates must have their own transport, as it is not on a bus route and is not easily accessible via public transport.

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving stock within the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times
• Working accurately to deadlines during night operations

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences (in‑date)
• Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit for the full duration of the assignment
• Own transport essential due to site location

• Competitive pay of £17.23 per hour
• Consistent Monday to Friday night shift (no weekends)
