FLT Driver PM Shift

IRD Recruitment is seeking experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join our client in Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire. This is a great opportunity for reliable, skilled drivers looking for stable, ongoing work with consistent hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Clamp attachment experience beneficial (not essential)
• Strong awareness of health & safety
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Job Details

• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Saturday Work: Required at least 2 Saturdays every 4 weeks
• Shift Time: 12:00 – 21:00
• Start Date: Immediate
• Long‑term, ongoing work

Key Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of FLT Counterbalance trucks
• Moving stock, pallets, and materials across the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Using clamp attachments where required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Following all site procedures and safety guidelines
