FLT Driver

Location: Lutterworth, LE17

Pay: £12.86 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00

We’re recruiting a motivated FLT Driver to join a fast‑paced distribution operation handling alcohol products. If you enjoy variety and staying busy, this is the perfect fit — with a 50/50 split between FLT work and handball, no two hours feel the same.

• Operating the FLT confidently and safely

• Handballing stock throughout the shift

• Breaking down pallets when required

• Handling alcohol products with care

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Keeping your workspace clean, organised, and safe

• A valid FLT licence — in‑house certificates are accepted

• Someone comfortable with manual handling

• A reliable, proactive team player with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to upskill — training available for additional FLT types

• A mix of physical and FLT work to keep the day moving

• Opportunities to grow your skills with further FLT training
