Our client in Whitefield is looking for an experienced FLT Reach Driver to join their warehouse team on a full‑time basis. This is a well‑established operation that packs and prepares products for the automotive industry, and they're looking for someone reliable who's comfortable working both on and off the truck.

This isn't a role where you'll be sat on the FLT all day - it's a genuine mix of warehouse work and Reach driving, so it suits someone who likes variety and being hands‑on.

What the job involves

• 20% FLT Reach - loading, unloading, pallet movements, put‑away, stock relocation

   

• 80% Warehouse Work - picking, packing, wrapping, labelling, stock checks, general support

   

• Working as part of a small, friendly team

   

• Following site processes and maintaining a safe working environment

   

• Supporting production and dispatch when required

   

• Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised

   

What we're looking for

• In‑date FLT Reach licence (essential)

   

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment

   

• Someone who's happy to get stuck in and not just sit on the truck

   

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

   

• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently when needed

   

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with daily targets
